I know this because I was that person.
Promoted into leadership with no playbook, no roadmap, and no clue. I figured it out the hard way — 80-hour weeks, missed conversations, a lot of winging it. I built the Practical Leadership Operating System so your leaders don't have to.
The system combines proven frameworks with more than 60 AI-guided prompts built for real leadership situations, including difficult conversations, executive presentations, delegation, feedback, interviews, and more.
The workshop teaches the concepts. The prompts make sure they actually use them on Monday morning.
When leaders have tools they can reach for in the moment, everything shifts. They stop avoiding hard conversations. They communicate with clarity. They bring you solutions. You stop managing their people problems.

I grew up on a small farm where hard work was a way of life, which drove me to earn four degrees and spend 25+ years inside organizations from startups to Fortune 50 companies recovering troubled projects. What I discovered changed everything: projects weren't failing because of technology - they were failing because leaders didn't know how to lead. After years of experiencing brutal burnout, toxic leadership, and watching brilliant technical people get passed over or promoted without support, I made an intentional shift in 2017 to focus exclusively on leadership development for high-performing technical professionals. My mission is simple: help technical leaders become the kind of leader others want to work for - respected, clear, strategic, and trusted - because leadership isn't magic or innate, it's a skill set that can be learned, and technical talent represents the most untapped leadership pipeline in organizations today.
